Esto Perpetua Records is a black noise/metal record label properly defined by the all-encompassing term extreme-music which is based in New Jersey. They have not delimited any boundaries as mentioned above and plan to release extreme music regardless of genre although the label currently has a prominent presence of Noise Artists. They also serve as the US Distributors of the material released by GMH Records, a Pakistani extreme music label.

Esto Perpetua Records is the brainchild of the band members of a US based band Black Albatross, one of them being Saquib Malik, a veteran death/black metaller and a pioneering extreme metal artist of Pakistan. We must not, however, let Saquib Malik’s meaningfulness for the Pakistani Metal Underground cloud the efforts of the rest of the two people in Black Albatross, Eric Zimmerman and No-wun. The label came into being at the start of 2008 in an effort to properly tend to extreme music and what spurred them to make such a venture was partly their experiences with different record labels and how they were treated.
