The Iron Makhor strives to bring to you reviews and news on the music scene locally, and internationally, with a focus on the local Rock and Metal underground.

The Markhor is the national animal of Pakistan, and the Iron Markhor conjures up an image of a raging metal monster hell bent on doing whatever it can to  help its great nation. And that is exactly what we plan to do.

Many people are unaware of how underground bands came into being and what was the concept behind the band. The Iron Markhor will bring these bands into the light. We will also write different articles about Metal in Pakistan, and will send writers to upcoming gigs and shows, if possible. You name it, we’ll do it.
