Brutal Pokhara’s online asian metal compilation released

Nepal based metal promoters BRUTAL POKHARA have finally released their long awaited online compilation. Spanning a number of countries and a ton of great bands, this is definitely the best and most comprehensive Asian Metal compilation ever. I’m extremely honored to have played a part (albiet small) in this compilation, having reccomended all the Pakistani bands you’d see here. Speaking of which, this compilation features Myosis, Marg, Downfall Humanity, Odyssey, ReVolt, Takatak, Dionysus, Project Berklee and Dementia.

Viraag – Realms of Darkness

Another kickass band straight out of Islamabad, except this one has some Katatonia and Opeth tendencies instead of the straight up death-fuckin-metal shit most other bands there do. Production credits go to Jonathan Jones, and this just straight up kicks ass. Check it out.
