Ruin’s guitarist Ibrahim Imdad has recently left the band due to personal reasons. The band which features growler Shahzore Bhatty, bassist Ahmad Abbas and drummer Waqas Ahmed are now looking for a new guitarist to fill in Ibrahim Imdad’s shoes. I don’t know if anyone else has noticed but this is a revolution we are dealing with here. The Lahore Mosh Crew have been working real hard to bring you some metal, the culmination of which is in the form of Moshpit 2. The show is scheduled to happen somewhere around Jinnah Hospital in Lahore on January 8th, 2011. The following bands are expected to perform: Odyssey, Takatak, Downfall Humanity, Ruin, Project Berklee, Black Warrant, Shapataz, Hammer of Dawn, Foreskin, Cream Frieche. No more of my pretentious ass. Just fucking be there.
Shahzore Bhatty of Ruin joins forces with the young boys of Takatak and unleashes this monster of a song; produced by the reputable Ahmed Waqar, of course. Fans of modern metal are gonna enjoy this. Looking forward to hearing this live some time soon, this band is known for the energy they show on stage and they sure as hell brought that energy into the studio here.
As far as I know, the Apocalypse 2010 is an attempt at reviving/reliving a series of shows that took place back in the early 2000s, titled Apocalypse, of course. I could be wrong. I don’t give a fuck. The show is set to happen in Islamabad tomorrow and the show features the following bands;
